Myspace dumb codes?

on my myspace from the layout and all this extra stuff on put on the profile there like like 10 different code links on the top left hand corner

is there any code i could get to make them disapear?

are u talking about the little advertisments when u add things to your myspace? you have to go into to edit apart and take the advertisments out of the code but be careful not to remove the graffics...

what you need to do is go thru the code and delete anything that DOES NOT need to be there. That's what I do. Most start with %26lt;a h.......%26gt; and then end with %26lt;/a%26gt; there are some with %26lt;table%26gt; then %26lt;a h...%26gt; %26lt;/a%26gt; %26lt;/table%26gt; to get rid of excess linkage just go thru and delete stuff... be sure to copy the code before you mess with it in case anything gets over deleted. it takes practice, but that is what I do for a link free page.

Did you copy and paste the codes from a website? If you did, you not only got the CSS code to "pimp" your page, you got hidden links as well. You could delete them from the code, but if you have limited knowledge about CSS code then you may lose the look of you page without meaning to. There is no code to make the links disappear, it is in the code that you have to delete. Unfortunately, with a working knowledge of CSS, you won't be able to tell what you have to delete, and what you will need to keep to have your page looking the way you want it to look. You can, however, teach yourself CSS. I use http://www.w3schools.com for all my web-coding needs. Good Luck.
