If you're talking about just the song, you use the url from your own computer.
Like if you have itunes or Windows Media Player.
It has to be an mp3 though, so convert it.
And you can go to a bunch of different websites(I don't know any of them from memory sorry) and it will say something like upload url and you go to browse.
And then you find the file.
And then upload it.
It will give you a code, use that.
